Monty Roberts Courses have
a unique focus on equine psychology and behavior
rather than riding skills. The courses cater for
all levels of equestrian expertise and allow students
to develop a solid understanding of what motivates
and influences equine behaviour. When these concepts
are applied to your equine partners you will find
that your relationship is taken to a new level
of refinement.
The training programs offered
combine the concepts of the most progressive thinkers
in the world of Organisational Development with
Equine Assisted Learning (EAL). EAL uses experiential
activities involving horses to create metaphors
reflecting “real life” scenarios. The interaction
with horses creates an environment that fosters
accelerated learning through self-discovery and
participation.
Caron is available for personal
development work and speaking engagements. She
will take you on a journey through the facets
of trust and demonstrate how this, often nebulous,
concept is tangible and the foundation stone for
all effective personal and professional relationships.
Implementing this fundamental concept can have
a profound impact on you and your relationships.
Speaking events can be arranged with or without
a live horse demonstration. To book a speaking

Caron started riding at 4
years of age and spent 15 years competing with
her own horses. At 19 however, she left horses
behind to pursue her “career” hoping one day to
return to them. For the next decade Caron’s career
evolved from being a Civil & Structural Engineer
through to a Corporate Training
Facilitator with Australia’s
largest private corporate training organisation.
This journey has resulted in Caron gaining qualifications
in engineering, organisational psychology, plus
workplace trainer & assessor. She has worked
and lived in the UK, the Far East, Australia,
and now Dubai.
A desire to see people reach their true potential,
was the catalyst for Caron wanting to develop
a "better" form of training. Her search brought
her to the concepts of Monty
Roberts, an internationally acclaimed expert
on the use of non-violent training techniques
for both horses and humans. After an intensive
2 years of training Caron was hand picked, by
Monty, to represent him as a Certified
Monty Roberts International Instructor.
Caron has since gone on to develop experiential,
training programs, which combine the latest human
performance concepts with Equine
Assisted Learning.
Caron’s successes as a trainer reflect her abilities
to be flexible and adapt to a variety of situations,
clients, and project types. Caron has shown an
ability to work with diverse organisations and
differing cultural backgrounds, demonstrated throughout
her overseas work. For more information on her
