Fitness has always been a huge part of Caron’s life. He was an avid athlete in high school, playing on the varsity basketball team all four years. This fostered a love for staying active and helping others realize their athletic potential. He began strength training in the gym at age 16 and has been hooked ever since. Caron is committed to exercising 4-5 days per week with a focus on weightlifting, HIIT workouts, yoga, and playing recreational sports. He shares his favorite fitness tips, workout routines, and healthy recipes to help others feel empowered in their health journey.

Caron’s passion for travel began as a child when he would visit National Parks around the U.S. with his family. Some of his favorite travel destinations include Australia, Iceland, Costa Rica, France, and many national parks. He loves immersing himself in new cultures, trying local cuisines, hiking through beautiful natural landscapes, and pushing outside his comfort zone. Caron documents his travel adventures on the blog to inspire others to explore the world and step outside their boundaries.
